Il Gruppo Deldossi è stato incaricato del recupero e restauro di due santelle votive in condizioni critiche, gestendo l’intero processo dall’ideazione all’implementazione dell’intervento. Attraverso l’utilizzo di tecnologie avanzate, come laser scan e drone, DelSolution ha effettuato rilievi dettagliati per mappare le superfici, individuare i danni e pianificare gli interventi necessari.
Grazie alla competenza dell’architetto e restauratore del team, è stato elaborato un progetto conservativo focalizzato sulle superfici dipinte, il paramento murario in cotto e gli elementi metallici. Dopo aver ottenuto le necessarie autorizzazioni dalle autorità competenti, il cantiere per il restauro conservativo è stato avviato con l’intervento iniziale degli operatori restauratori DelArs restauri. Questi hanno eseguito campionature d’intervento e valutato gli apparati decorativi, scoprendo un affresco murale minacciato da uno strato di malta cementizia.
Stacco dipinto murale e restauro
Dopo aver messo in sicurezza il dipinto murale, sono state avviate le fasi di discialbo e stacco, permettendo il proseguimento delle attività. L’opera prevede il distacco del dipinto murale dalla struttura muraria, assicurando la sua conservazione finale nel caso in cui altri interventi conservativi si rivelino inefficaci o impossibili.
Deldossi edilizia ha rimosso le malte a base cemento, avviando la verifica e la manutenzione della copertura. Successivamente, sono state eseguite operazioni di cuci-scuci utilizzando mattoni di cotto simili a quelli originali, congiunti da malte di calce.
Restauro dipinto murale stacco
SteelDel si è dedicato al recupero delle parti metalliche, come cancelli, inferiate e croci. In officina, è stata realizzata una struttura metallica appositamente progettata per contenere il dipinto murale, garantendo la sua sicurezza. DelArs restauri ha conservato gli altri dipinti, applicando malta di calce con la tecnica a sagramatura sulle superfici neutre delle cappelle votive e preservando gli elementi metallici nella loro patina originale.
The Deldossi Group was entrusted with the recovery and restoration of two votive shrines in critical conditions, managing the entire process from conception to implementation of the intervention. Through the use of advanced technologies, such as laser scan and drone, DelSolution carried out detailed surveys to map the surfaces, identify the damage and plan the necessary interventions.
Ripresa stilature
Thanks to the expertise of the architect and restorer of the team, a conservative project was developed focusing on the painted surfaces, the terracotta wall facing and the metal elements. After obtaining the necessary authorizations from the competent authorities, the construction site for the conservative restoration began with the initial intervention of the DelArs restauration restorers. They carried out intervention sampling and evaluated the decorative elements, discovering a wall fresco threatened by a layer of cement mortar.
After securing the wall painting, the removal and removal phases were started, allowing the continuation of the activities. The work involves the detachment of the wall painting from the wall structure, ensuring its final conservation in the event that other conservative interventions prove ineffective or impossible.
Deldossi construction removed the cement-based mortars, starting the inspection and maintenance of the roof. Subsequently, stitching operations were carried out using terracotta bricks similar to the original ones, joined by lime mortar.
SteelDel has dedicated itself to the recovery of metal parts, such as gates, grates and crosses. In the workshop, a metal structure specially designed to contain the wall painting was created, ensuring its safety. DelArs restauration preserved the other paintings, applying lime mortar with the sagramatura technique on the neutral surfaces of the votive chapels and preserving the metal elements in their original patina.
