Dopo varie destinazioni d’uso, parcheggio pubblico, sede di associazioni e uffici pubblici, oggi l’Agenzia del Demanio avvia un grande progetto di riqualificazione, restauro e recupero del patrimonio immobiliare.

Indagine a vista: esecuzione di un’indagine a vista dei materiali e degli stati di alterazione eseguita secondo lessico UNI 11182:2006. Devono essere fornite le relative schede di riferimento
Ricerca storica: esecuzione, presso Enti Pubblici e Privati, di ricerche d’archivio e bibliografiche finalizzate alla sintesi ed interpretazione dei dati storici relativi ai materiali ed alle tecniche costruttive, all’individuazione della successione dell’eventuale degrado e/o quadro fessurativo ed agli eventuali pregressi interventi di restauro
Rilievo geometrico: esecuzione di rilievo fotogrammetrico, strumentale e di ortofotopiano e relativa restituzione grafica
Rilievo materico, rilevo del degrado e rilevo del quadro fessurativo: esecuzione di mappatura dei materiali e degli stati di alterazione (secondo lessico UNI 11182:2006) con eventuale schedatura relativa. Deve essere fornita la mappatura digitale in falsi colori (su rilievi già forniti) con eventuale misurazione delle differenti tipologie di materiale ed alterazioni mappati
Saggio stratigrafico: esecuzione di un saggio stratigrafico, eseguito da un restauratore specializzato, al fine di evidenziare le principali caratteristiche stratigrafiche delle finiture pittoriche fino al supporto (intonaco o pietra); le dimensioni variano da 10 × 20 cm ad un massimo di 10 × 30 cm. Esclusa la documentazione fotografica e gli oneri eventuali per scale o trabattelli

Investigations and diagnostics in restoration:
Visual investigation: execution of a visual investigation of the materials and the states of alteration carried out according to the UNI 11182:2006 lexicon. The relevant reference sheets must be provided
Historical research: execution, in public and private bodies, of archival and bibliographic research aimed at the synthesis and interpretation of historical data relating to the materials and construction techniques, the identification of the succession of any deterioration and/or crack pattern and the any previous restoration interventions
Geometric survey: execution of photogrammetric, instrumental and orthophotoplane surveys and related graphic rendering
Material survey, deterioration survey and crack pattern survey: mapping of materials and states of alteration (according to UNI 11182:2006 lexicon) with possible relative filing. False color digital mapping must be provided (on surveys already provided) with possible measurement of the different types of mapped material and alterations
Stratigraphic test: execution of a stratigraphic test, carried out by a specialized restorer, in order to highlight the main stratigraphic characteristics of the pictorial finishes up to the support (plaster or stone); the dimensions vary from 10 × 20 cm to a maximum of 10 × 30 cm.
