Il Gruppo Deldossi ha recentemente preso parte a un nuovo progetto di restauro, concentrando gli sforzi sulla facciata della chiesa di Sant’Ambrogio a Torre de Picenardi, nella provincia di Cremona. Questo ambizioso intervento ha coinvolto tutte le consociate del gruppo, tra cui Deldossi Edilizia, DelArs Restauri, SteelDel Trattamento Metalli e DelSolution Studio Tecnico.

Restauro delle facciate
Il Gruppo ha adottato tecnologie avanzate, come il laser scan e le riprese fotografiche con drone, per rilevare le condizioni iniziali del sito. Le analisi diagnostiche, le indagini stratigrafiche e l’individuazione delle metodologie conservative sono state svolte con attenzione per preservare l’autenticità delle superfici e degli apparati decorativi murali.
Un elemento distintivo del Gruppo Deldossi è l’implementazione di Building Information Modeling (BIM) e Heritage Building Information Modeling (HBIM) nei beni culturali. Questo approccio innovativo è stato integrato in un piano di manutenzione programmato per il patrimonio storico-artistico, assicurando una gestione oculata nel tempo.
Nel corso dell’intervento, il Gruppo ha impiegato materiali certificati CAM, garantendo al committente parrocchiale che l’immobile vincolato ricevesse prodotti di ultima generazione, appositamente progettati per soddisfare le esigenze specifiche delle chiese, abbazie, santuari, cattedrali, palazzi storici, castelli e altri beni immobiliari vincolati dal Ministero della Cultura.

Tutti i lavori di restauro sono stati affidati a imprese attestate SOA OG2 OS2 OS18A, tra cui Deldossi Srl, DelArs Srl e SteelDel Srl, garantendo così la competenza e l’affidabilità necessarie per un intervento di successo.
The Deldossi Group recently took part in a new restoration project, concentrating its efforts on the facade of the church of Sant’Ambrogio in Torre de Picenardi, in the province of Cremona. This ambitious intervention involved all the group’s subsidiaries, including Deldossi Edilizia, DelArs Restauri, SteelDeltrattamento Metalli and DelSolution Studio Tecnico.
Thanks to the collaboration of qualified professionals, such as architects, bricklayers, restorers and blacksmiths, the Deldossi Group has proven to be able to respond to the needs of the dioceses of Cremona, parish priests and legal representatives of the priests, taking care of the entire process, from design to execution of the works.
The Deldossi Group’s approach is characterized by rapid but accurate management of the construction site, maintaining high quality standards. The restoration works were carried out in accordance with the project approved by the restorers authorized by the Ministry of Culture and the peripheral superintendencies. The UNI ISO 9001 procedures and the process controls carried out on the materials have contributed to guaranteeing the quality of the final result.
The Group has adopted advanced technologies, such as laser scanning and drone photography, to detect the initial conditions of the site. The diagnostic analyses, stratigraphic investigations and identification of conservation methodologies were carried out carefully to preserve the authenticity of the surfaces and wall decorations.
A distinctive element of the Deldossi Group is the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Heritage Building Information Modeling (HBIM) in cultural heritage. This innovative approach has been integrated into a scheduled maintenance plan for the historical-artistic heritage, ensuring careful management over time.
During the intervention, the Group used CAM certified materials, guaranteeing the parish client that the listed property received the latest generation products, specifically designed to meet the specific needs of churches, abbeys, sanctuaries, cathedrals, historic buildings, castles and other real estate assets restricted by the Ministry of Culture.
All the restoration works were entrusted to SOA OG2 OS2 OS18A certified companies, including Deldossi Srl, DelArs Srl and SteelDel Srl, thus guaranteeing the competence and reliability necessary for a successful intervention.
