Prima di avviare qualsiasi procedura di demolizione, rimozione o, più in generale, intervento conservativo su manufatti di notevole valore storico-architettonico, è essenziale condurre indagini diagnostiche preventive. Restoration of historic villa on Lake Garda

Before starting any demolition, removal or, more generally, conservative intervention on artefacts of notable historical-architectural value, it is essential to conduct preventive diagnostic investigations. These investigations aim to systematically and scientifically acquire data on the real nature of the material and its state of conservation. The drafting of a pre-project is necessary to fully and comprehensively understand the artefact involved, especially if it is of historical-architectural value. The data collected are crucial for the correct and careful reconstruction of the wall stratigraphy, thus guiding the works and indicating any new solutions.

 

The diagnostic investigation project must not only be a preview of the actual intervention but must constitute an integral part, guiding the planned work, verifying its validity and proposing, if necessary, innovative solutions.

 

In the context of the restoration of the entire historic villa, the Deldossi Group and its subsidiary DelArs Restauri collaborated actively. By involving specialized professional figures such as restoration architects, structural engineers specialized in historic real estate, geologists and diagnosticians, it was possible to draw up a complete renovation and restoration project, to be submitted for approval to the MIC Superintendence of Brescia.

 

 

DelArs Restauri played a fundamental role in stratigraphic and diagnostic investigations, employing specialized laboratories and diagnostic laboratories on site. The company was not limited to shipbuilding activities alone, but also contributed to the design and restorer consultancy phase, drawing up specialist technical project reports and creating a list of unit prices for the restoration works.
