Fotogrammetria restauri
L’intervento di progettazione e restauro manutentivo delle facciate esterne della Torre dell’Acquedotto fu affidato al gruppo di restauratori Deldossi, i quali si occuparono di analizzare il degrado e il materico delle superfici, mappando l’edificio con la fotogrammetria HBIM per poi procedere con gli interventi di restauro conservativo delle facciate. Il cantiere di restauro prevedeva l’impiego di piattaforme elevatrici per agevolare l’attività dei restauratori e verificare la stabilità del rivestimento esterno in mattoni di cotto. Oltre alla torre, fu conservato anche il quadrante dell’orologio e gli elementi in graniglia aggettanti. Grazie a questo intervento, la Torre dell’Acquedotto, che rappresenta un importante monumento storico per la città di Monza, è stata preservata e valorizzata per il futuro.

The design and maintenance restoration intervention of the external facades of the Aqueduct Tower was entrusted to the Deldossi group of restorers, who were responsible for analyzing the degradation and materiality of the surfaces, mapping the building with HBIM photogrammetry and then proceeding with conservative restoration interventions on the facades. The restoration site involved the use of lifting platforms to facilitate the restorers’ work and verify the stability of the external terracotta brick cladding. In addition to the tower, the clock face and the protruding grit elements were also preserved. Thanks to this intervention, the Aqueduct Tower, which represents an important historical monument for the city of Monza, has been preserved and enhanced for the future.
